1. What This Document Is For

This Consent Notice is a separate document from the Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice informs you how your data is processed in general; this document is presented solely to obtain your explicit consent for specific data that is processed based on your consent.

2. Data Processed Based on Consent: Your Contact Request

When you scan a vehicle's tag and check the "I'd like you to contact me" option, the following information you share in that form:

• Your full name
• Your phone number

is processed by TPT OTO SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. for the purpose of being transmitted directly to the relevant vehicle owner. The legal basis for processing in this specific case is your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — because sharing this information is entirely optional and is only collected if you check this option.

3. What Happens to Your Data

• Your name and phone number are transmitted only to the owner of the relevant vehicle, within a "wants to contact you" notification.
• This information is not shared with any third party (other than the vehicle owner) and is not used for marketing purposes.
• Your information passes through the Netgsm and Brevo infrastructure for voice call, SMS/email delivery (see the Privacy Notice, Section 6).

4. Your Right to Withdraw Consent

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may withdraw your explicit consent at any time and request that your processed data be deleted. While a notification that has already been sent cannot be recalled once this form is submitted, you may submit a request to have the record deleted at the following address:
